Many recipes require to separate the white of an egg from the yolk: for the good recipe of “mayonnaise” of grandmother for example ... You do not know how to separate the yolk from the white of an egg? Or like me, you put more than one minute to do it? Well, here's a handy tip to separate the white from the yolk in 2 seconds flat without breaking the yolk!
It's easy, Here's the trick in question in 4 steps:
Step 1 of the trick:
Simply break the egg into a container (plate or bowl)
Step 2 of the trick:
Take a large empty plastic bottle. Please note this is easier with a large bottle. So grab a large bottle to make it work every time;-)
Step 3 of the trick:
Squeeze the bottle with your hands to put out of the bottle a maximum of air.
Step 4 of the trick:
While pressing and holding the bottle between your hands, put the neck of the bottle right on the egg yolk.
Step 5 of the trick:
Then release the pressure from your hands on the bottle. The bottle will inflate and suck the egg yolk.
Step 6 of the trick:
Once the yolk sucked into the plastic bottle, pour it gently into another container.
The advantage of this trick is that you do not break the yolk, it does not spoil the white of the egg, and that it does not get dirty hands;-) When you get the hang of it, you can separate the white from the yolk of an egg in 2 or 3 seconds flat!
